Pauline and I had t-shirts printed for our Bruce tour in 2013. As we were hoping to meet new friends from various Facebook groups, we posted a picture of the back of our shirts so people would recognise us in the line. The shirts proved popular with many fellow Tramps and our backs were frequently photographed. The photo was tweeted by someone and this was seen by Amy Lofgren and she showed it to Bruce (this was confirmed to us by Nils). Bruce used our words as a salute to the fans near the end of his final European concert in Kilkenny. https://www.youtube.com/watch… (thanks to Dan French for this clip) After this occurred we were inundated with requests for these t-shirts so decided to try to benefit good causes with sales of these garments.
First Edition Shirts were for HelpDan:
Lef Carroll donated a Centremic Photo, which unfortunately we have been unable to use at this time. Nellie Greely and Badlands did some wonderful designs.
JLM sent their congratulations on what was achieved with the HelpDan project, and wished us similar success with our next plan
